Job Description

As Quotes & Configuration Juior Specialist you will be responsible for management of quotes process for Philips Health Systems and to provide high quality proposals on time together with Sales team, ensuring each is competitive, compliant and meets the company targets for growth and profitability.

In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.


Your role:

  • Processing Quotation Desk (QD) requests, timely preparation of QD output, gathering quotation pre-requisites and calculating the prices/costs;
  • Proactive monitoring of CRM leads and opportunities statuses for timely creation of commercial offers and avoidance of duplicates; 
  • Creation of pre-bid documentation and presentations for existing and potential customers together with quarterly analysis of tender results;
  • Building relations and active collaboration with stakeholders: Sales , Key Account Managers, Marketing, Master Data and Order Desk.



You're the right fit if:

  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in Sales Support, Quotes, Tenders, Supply Chain or similar area;
  • You are familiar with Quotes & Tenders procedures (would be an advantage);
  • You have fluent English language (C1 or higher);
  • You are a strong team player with the ability to engage across key business areas;
  • You are a precise person who pays attention to details;
  • You are an organized person with strong ownership that can work under time pressure;
  • You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), additionally good knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be an advantage.
