Program Manager - Energy Efficiency Programs within Education
Location: Remote, but must reside within greater Los Angeles, CA

ICF is seeking a Program Manager with a desire for energy efficiency to take a pivotal role in the implementation of programs that will deliver educational materials and energy kits to elementary schools throughout LA County and its surrounding areas. This individual will work with program management to develop strategic initiatives and execute outreach strategies to achieve program goals and deliver sound results. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and skillset to engage school communities and form strong working relationships with teachers, principals, and districts. This position requires interaction with internal and external industry experts to accomplish portfolio-wide goals. While the position is based in the LA area, local business travel up to 30% may be required. Assist with the management of utility project performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies.
Review and edit deliverables to client including, but not limited to, monthly progress reports, quarterly presentations, and semi-annual regulatory reports.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$79,643.00 - $135,392.00
