What We Do
The Senior Title Coordinator works in a dynamic, analytical, problem-solving, fast-paced setting assisting with national forms across the US for the NCS Division. Analyzing, configuring functionalities in various escrow and title related forms with commonly used applications. Working with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion. Reviews and validates the accuracy of data contained. Verifies file completeness, obtains approvals at state level . Performs special projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Review complex coverage analysis and provide work up for approval
  • Work with Local Offices and State point of contacts for approvals to modification on Title or Escrow forms
  • Review and analyze Title and Escrow related forms for discrepancies, functionalities, and formatting
  • Act as the team's resource and subject matter expert to answer questions and create resolutions using past experience, best practices and sound judgment
  • Supervise the day to day activities of the global team members, answering questions and resolving escalated issues
  • Troubleshoot and guide others on wide variety of complex problems and identify solutions within broad application and functional expertise
  • May assist offshore team by answering questions and resolving escalated issues
  • Utilize company operating systems to coordinate/manage work flow, produce products and respond to customer requests

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Advanced to Expert level MS Excel knowledge and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies  
  • Strong Adobe pdf skill set
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot application functionalities and features
  • Basic project tracking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers; uses various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationships 
  • Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude 
  • Proven problem-solving skills with eagerness to learn and share  
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or Emerging Leader experience 
  • Drives enhancements to department processes and procedures through regular recommendations
  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 4+ years’ directly related experience in escrow/title preferable in commercial

Pay Range: $20.72 -$34.53 hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
