WHAT YOU’LL DO
The ServiceNow Platform Developer and Administrator will be responsible for the development, configuration, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow platform to ensure its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and effective communication to support and enhance the platform's capabilities.
Develop and configure ServiceNow platform and modules to meet business requirements.
Administer the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow instance, including workflow creation, report generation, and data import/export.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring high levels of service quality and user satisfaction.
Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to best practices for system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and system changes.
Perform all other duties and activities as required.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education and Work Experience:
4+ years of applicable experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent additional years of experience
Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Change Management, Incident Management and HR Service Delivery.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services, and integration with third-party systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable
