Responsibilities:Coordinate with the overall strategy and project deliveries with the CGU head and bridge the business needs with the technical team Create and manage a scope of project deliverables and communicate it to stakeholders (both external and internal)Determine the priority of project backlog items to deliver the maximum outcomeAct as a liaison for business stakeholders and end-users, determining whether each story meets their shared expectationsServe as primary contact for customer technical inquiries and concernsPerform customer negotiations for delivery milestonesEnsuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demandTaking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviewsDevelop process improvements to achieve effectiveness and time-savingManage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveriesPerform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirementsEvaluate the performance of team members and determine training needsBuilding strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departmentsEvaluate progress at each iteration - make sure that the development delivers the expected outcomesProviding accurate and regular reports to the management on the performance of the service deliveryReport delivery status to customers and organize delivery of all required documentationPrepare recommendations for business decisions that need to be made to meet customer expectationsRequirements:Upper-intermediate level of English and French would be a plus4+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis)Working experience with Jira, Confluence, MS ProjectMultitasking, the ability to work on several projects simultaneouslyExperience in projects with different financial models (fixed price, T&M, dedicated team).Experience in personas writingStrong expertise in cost management, risk management, schedule managementStrong ability to manage the project in different phases of the life cycle (initiating, planning, monitoring and controlling, execution, closure)Experience in working with SaaS applicationsExperiences with modeling notation (bpmn, uml)Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsProduct development mindsetWhat we provide:
