Your missions

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Google Ads Campaign Manager for our growth marketing team.
This teammate will be creating and optimizing ads, managing budgets, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to enhance ad visibility across Google Ads platforms.

Salary Range:  PHP 55,000 - 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
  • Create specific ads using given creative elements such as images or videos, copywriting for ad text, and designing landing pages.
  • Develop campaigns and ad sets with CTC naming conventions, implement geo-targeting, budgeting Daily Ad Spends, keyword creation for target audiences, exclude specific criteria, apply cost control measures, and schedule start/end dates for time-sensitive campaigns.
  • Optimize product titles for increased visibility and relevance, and manage product inclusion/exclusion in feeds to target specific products or categories effectively.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads in doing paid search and display ads management and SEO
  • Proficient with G Suite
  • Experienced with Google Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tool
  • Baseline knowledge of Asana or similar project management tool
  • Great written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work EST
