Your missions

THE ROLE 📝

As a Talent Partner at Form3, you will have two key areas of responsibility within Talent Management: attracting top-tier talent to fuel our growth and supporting a high-performance culture across the organization. This is a truly unique role, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity across two business critical areas, supporting a group of experienced Talent Leads and reporting into the Head of Talent Management.

Talent Acquisition:

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring a first-class candidate experience. We have plans to hire across all business units on a global scale, it’s likely the priority hires will be in Engineering and GTM.

Performance Management:

Support our Talent Lead on the implementation and continuous improvement of Form3’s performance management framework, including performance reviews, goal setting process, feedback and development programs. Assist Talent Development with leadership learning resources linked to performance management, for example continuous feedback and recognition.

We’re a flexible, remote-first organisation and are therefore accepting both part-time (3-4 days) and full-time applications.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR  🔍

As this is a hybrid role working across multiple areas in Talent Management, we’re therefore looking for experience in both recruitment and performance. Ideally candidates will have a solid foundation in recruitment and have led implementation/change-management projects across performance management.

Essential:

  • Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, who’s worked across multiple business areas (tech / non-tech)
  • Proven experience in building and improving employee performance management frameworks; annual/bi-annual appraisal processes, goal setting, etc.
  • Worked in a high performing and collaborative Talent Management team.
  • Excellent project management skills, including communication, planning, organisation and execution.
  • Proficient with HR/Talent/Performance systems (any or all of Greenhouse, SageHR & Quantive would be a plus!)
  • Worked within a technology company, ideally SaaS and/or Fintech

Desirable:

  • Start-up to scale-up experience
  • Experience within a remote-first culture
  • Wider People (HR) experience, across compensation & benefits.
