Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of ITIL/Service Now processes
  • Primary resource for ServiceNow implementation and release upgrade (configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering and solution design)
  • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including approved change to processes and workflows
  • Incident management and resolution in ServiceNow modules
  • User management, management / maintenance of global datasets, creation / configuration of notifications, business rules and workflows
  • Manage update rollup migration and creation
  • Manage user / group / group access / access control lists
  • Routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/remediation
  • Identify and refine requirements and workflows
  • Developing system integrations and automating processes - fully utilizing the workflow capabilities of the platform and/or performing scripting with a medium level of complexity
  • Creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow
  • Portfolio management for service improvement
  • Assistance with periodic security tests and audits
  • Integration of mass data, after their verification

Solid knowledge and experience with the primary application modules of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, Portal:

  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, ACL, User Criteria)
  • Catalog Items (Record Producers, Order Guides, Transform maps, Integrations with REST Messages)
  • Business Rules, UI Policies, Data Policies, ACL, User Criteria, Client Scripts, Script Includes
  • Notifications (reminders, event base actions, script actions, records updates, inbound/outbound emails, translations, etc)
  • Workflow si Flow (flow design, approval management, scripts, timer, notifications, etc)
  • Knowledge Base (articles management, templates, user criteria & scripted user criteria, etc.)
  • Portal (Client scripts, Script includes, User criteria & Access management)
  • Custom development and administration of custom scripts
  • CMDB & Integrations

Profile

  • Ability to deliver complex technical projects within a tight schedule
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and familiarity with the latest ServiceNow features
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow administration / configuration/ development experience in an enterprise environment
