Job Overview:

The Senior Manager of Install Base Campaigns will lead strategic cross/up-sell campaigns  aimed at expanding our footprint within the existing customer base. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B marketing, campaign management, and customer growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive cross/up-sell strategy leveraging integrated campaign orchestration and ABM principles to drive growth and expand business within the existing customer base.

- Campaign Development: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns utilizing paid media and innovative tactics to promote additional products and services to current customers. Ability to develop and implement an omni-channel marketing strategy that integrates online & offline channels to provide a seamless customer experience.

- Content Marketing: Strong understanding of content marketing and the ability to create compelling content that engages the customer base. Capability to develop fresh, engaging content formats such as videos, infographics, podcasts, and interactive content that drive higher engagement rates.

- Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data and insights to segment the install base, employing content experience and storytelling to tailor campaigns to specific customer needs and behaviors.

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and other marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution strategies.

- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs with robust reporting and analytics on campaign optimization to measure effectiveness, ROI, and overall impact on customer growth.

- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.

- Customer Insights: Gather and leverage customer insights to inform campaign strategies and continuously improve execution.

- Innovation: Think outside the box to develop unique campaign ideas that capture customer attention, running pilot campaigns on new channels before full-scale launch.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and customer growth strategies. Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.

- Skills: Proven track record of successful cross-sell campaigns, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo,) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with ABM platforms and paid media background is advantageous.

- Attributes: Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, results-oriented with a passion for driving growth, and innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$126,750.00 - $211,250.00
