Job Title: Information Security Manager - PHC Group

About the opportunity:  As Information Security Manager at PHC Group you will support and partially manage the Global Information Security Program, including policies, procedures, and technical systems, to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organizational information systems for PHC Group’s Operating Companies outside of Japan. Your responsibilities will include managing Risk Assessments, Third Party Vendor Management, and the Information Security Training Program. This role requires you to have strong Cyber expertise, execute tactical actions, and partner across the organization to ensure the highest levels of information security, with an equal focus on people, processes, and technology.

Location: Remote - Poland

What you will be doing:

  • Ensure proper infrastructure and collaboration environment security controls are in place across PHC Group
  • Manage outsourced Security Operations team for security requirements, Information Security projects, compliance management and incident management
  • Manage the security incident management process in planning, testing, execution, remediation and CSIRT activities
  • Partner with PHC Group IT and the Business on topics of Cybersecurity and information security
  • Manage and deliver on PHC Group’s information security awareness and training program outside of Japan
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the various domains of information security
  • Manage the PHC Group Risk Management program through risk identification, analysis and treatment and support the Enterprise Management Framework (ERM)
  • Collect, validate and publish PHC Group’s information security metrics and identify remediation activities where required
  • Manage and deliver on key information security projects within time and budget
  • Support Internal Audit activities
     

What you need for success:

  • B.S. Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, MIS etc.) or equivalent education and experience are desired.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security and possesses a strong understanding of information security, risk management, and cyber governance practices are required
  •  Advanced English with good written and verbal communication skills is required.
  •  Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other similar credentials, is desired
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team environment, excellent organizational and time management skills
  •  Ability to interact with stakeholders across all business units and geographies, and to comprehend business imperatives, commitment to “internal client”
