Your missions

 On behalf of our client we are looking for Call center Agent (Remotely )

: Summary 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and generating daily reports based on call center metrics. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

 : Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution
  • Make outbound calls for follow-up, clarification, or additional information gathering
  • Adhere to established quality standards for call handling and reporting
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to continuously improve performance
  • Assist the supervisor in daily reporting
  • Compile and generate daily reports based on call center metrics and key performance indicators
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the reports
  • Analyze trends and patterns in the data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members and management to enhance reporting processes
  • Effectively communicate with team members and other departments to gather information for reporting purposes
  • Provide clear and concise information to stakeholders regarding daily operations and performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive customer experience

 




Requirements
  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in the call center environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in any domain / High school diploma - Bilingual
  • English and Arabic.
  • Basic analytical skills and understanding of Spreadsheets
