Overview:

InteLogix is seeking remote Licensed Insurance Agents to join our organization on a seasonal basis with opportunity to become a full-time employee. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D plans to eligible individuals. As an Insurance Agent, your goal is to assist clients in choosing the best Medicare plan that suits their healthcare needs while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.

  • Salary Range: Starts at $24.00 - Up to $27.00/hour pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job-related factors
Responsibilities:
  • Educate prospective clients on the various Medicare plan options, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D Prescription Drug plans.
  • Attend scheduled appointments with customers seeking Medicare plans
  • Agents must record each customer interaction and be on webcam (customer is on audio only)
  • Help customers find plans that meet their healthcare needs and budgets and enroll them.
  • Stay updated on current Medicare rules, regulations, and available plans to ensure compliance and provide accurate information.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to policy enrollment.
  • Stay compliant with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines and all state licensing requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by maintaining a strong understanding of Medicare products and services.
  • Utilize company-provided materials, leads, and resources to drive sales.
  • Ability to work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
  • Active Life and Health License in the state you reside in.
  • Must be released from the carriers our client works with
  • Resident or Non-Resident License in the following states: AZ, CA, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MS, MT, NC, NM, NY, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment guidelines.
  • Proven experience in Medicare sales (preferred) or insurance sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance products in simple, understandable terms.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Work at home requirements:

  • Must provide your own Windows based computer running Windows 10 or 11, 64 bit
  • Disk Space 2G
  • Memory requirement of 8GB minimum, 16 recommended
  • Intel Core i5-3340, CPU 2.70 GHz (dual-core minimum)
  • High speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router (no satellite or hotspot) 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed
  • WiFi must be turned off at all times
  • Windows Updates must be current
  • Windows build 20H2
  • Webcam
  • Private work space with the ability to close a door
  • Must work in the same location for each scheduled shift
