Job Description

As a Contact Acquisition and Account Intelligence Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy. You’ll leverage advanced tools and AI technology to identify and engage key decision-makers in the e-commerce space. Your role is crucial in setting the stage for the business development team to make impactful connections. Working overnight hours, you’ll conduct in-depth research, manage outreach cadences, and uncover valuable account insights. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s expansion while working with innovative technologies in the rapidly evolving world of digital commerce.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted LinkedIn research to identify appropriate contacts within e-commerce, digital commerce, and retail sectors
  • Utilize sales automation tools like Groove or SalesLoft to create and manage effective outreach cadences
  • Leverage AI-powered research tools to uncover specific account insights for engaging prospects
  • Identify mid-market players in the e-commerce sector, focusing on those not easily visible on traditional prospecting platforms
  • Prepare and organize contact and account intelligence for the business development team’s 9 AM ET start
  • Create targeted lists based on specific triggers, intent data, and Amazon sales performance metrics
  • Focus on roles such as e-commerce executives, digital commerce leaders, and chief digital officers


Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B prospecting and research, particularly using LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with sales automation tools such as Groove or SalesLoft
  • Familiarity with AI-powered research tools and techniques
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and relevant job titles/roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and data organization skills
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours (results ready by 9 AM ET, Monday to Friday)
  • Strong written communication skills for preparing concise, actionable intelligence reports
  • Adaptability to work with evolving technologies and methodologies in digital commerce
  • Passion for contributing to a high-growth environment in the e-commerce technology sector
