The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the GTM Content Curation Director. In this key role, you will spearhead the GTM content curation efforts and oversee the strategic management of the Kyndryl Win Coach platform (powered by Highspot). Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing the platform to elevate GTM excellence, ensuring the delivery of relevant, impactful content that aligns with our business objectives, drives superior engagement, and enhances GTM effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to sales content curation, governance, and management of the Kyndryl Win Coach platform.
  • Provide functional direction and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages open communication and drives continuous improvement.

Sales Content Curation Strategy and Governance:

  • Lead the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of a comprehensive GTM content curation strategy that aligns with business objectives and addresses the specific content needs of diverse GTM personas throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring relevance and impact at every stage
  • Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of a robust and high-quality sales content library that meets the evolving needs of the GTM team.
  • Establish and enforce a comprehensive GTM content curation and governance framework, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards and GTM objectives.
  • Define and deploy an engagement model to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, curate, and maintain best-in-class assets and scalable content solutions.

Content Management Platform Optimization:

  • Lead the management and continuous enhancement of the Kyndryl Win Coach platform, empowering the GTM team to engage customers with personalized, relevant content throughout the customer journey, thereby improving sales outcomes.
  • Monitor platform performance, user engagement, content utilization, and field feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic enhancements.
  • Drive the achievement of KPIs related to platform utilization, user engagement, and sales effectiveness, ensuring that the platform delivers maximum value to the GTM team.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to content engagement, platform utilization, and sales productivity, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Regularly report and share insights, including progress against goals and actionable recommendations, with executive leadership.
  • Leverage data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Ensure that all initiatives and strategies are aligned with the achievement of KPIs, consistently delivering value and impact to the organization.

  • Deep expertise in sales content curation, governance, and best practices, with a proven ability to develop and maintain high-quality content libraries.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
