Position Overview:

Our client company is seeking a highly motivated and highly skilled Data Analytics/Business Intelligence Expert to join our dynamic team. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, analyze complex data sets, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
Design and implement data analytics solutions to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends.
Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and interpretation.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science).
Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Expertise in data visualization tools such Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlikview, Qliksense, Google Analytics
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
BI tools certifications
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Industry certifications in data analytics or business intelligence.
