What We Do
Responsible for developing and retaining a client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume. Develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the division’s products and/or services. Leverages experience in identifying new business opportunities, closing skills and in-person presentation and demonstration skills.
The primary duty of this role is making sales or obtaining orders or contracts for services by clients or customers. Incumbents in this role are not customarily and regularly engaged away from the employer’s place or places of business.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
- Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities
- Ongoing responsibility to build the customer relationship and service the customer's needs throughout the entire sales cycle
- Develop business contacts with lenders, servicers, investors, secondary market and hedge fund companies
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Required minimum of 3-5 years’ related experience.
- Must have developed business contacts and proven sales record within relevant industry segment.

- MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com or comparable sales tracking programs
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually (This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.)
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
