WHAT YOU'LL DO

Every single day, our Marketing team searches for surprising and refreshing ways to create connections with our customers and consumers.

Reports to: Director, Brand Management

Direct Reports: N/A

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 4+ days a week

*Life happens and we know it. In-office days and hours are dependent on department and business needs, so as long as you’re honest about your needs, we will do what we can to support when things pop up.

Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Create brand growth strategies utilizing consumer insights, market analysis, category and competitive understanding, and a deep understanding of emerging trends to drive portfolio growth.

  • Help validate new ideas with consumers and support company’s end-to-end new product and line extension initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, PMO, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Consumer Insights to deliver business results.

  • Mine and analyze data and proactively make business recommendations related to promotions, products, pricing, and other key initiatives that will drive business results and long-term sustainable growth.

  • Develop detailed packaging and product development briefs, accurate forecasts, and compelling go to market strategies to successfully execute brand initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Insights team to identify product offering gaps and valuable consumers insights to drive portfolio strategy and category growth.

  • Partner with the Sales, Omni Channel and Marketing Ops teams to create effective new product launch plans, execute strong trade support activity to drive velocity, basket size, trips and frequency.

  • Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Associate Brand Manager or Associate Product Manager, ideally with a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company.

  • Experience with end to end product development and commercialization processes.

  • Excel and PowerPoint guru.

  • Experience with Syndicated Data (IRI / Neilsen preferred).

  • Familiarity with traditional trade channels: food, mass, club, and convenience.
