As a Travel Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel arrangements for our customers, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, activities, insurance, etc.
  • Verify and confirm all travel bookings, reservations, and payments.
  • Prepare and distribute travel documents, vouchers, tickets, and invoices to customers.
  • Monitor and update travel schedules, itineraries, and calendars.
  • Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before, during, or after the trip.
  • Provide customer service and support via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all travel transactions and activities.

To be successful as a Travel Coordinator, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. 
  • A willingness to learn.
  • A strong knowledge of travel products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
