Your missions

This is a remote position.

Job Overview: 

As a Parabroker, you will be responsible for managing and processing application data to ensure smooth and efficient loan applications through our AFG – Flex system. Your role will involve updating application data, redacting sensitive information, converting and managing documents, and ensuring timely follow-up with lenders.

Job Description:
  • Application data to be updated on AFG – flex system.
  • Redact any TFN visible.
  • Convert documents in PDF in reduced size. o Draft file notes.
  • Generate apply online application via Flex system.
  • Generate apply online application form and VOI forms if any to be completed.
  • Documents to be uploaded on systems depend on lender, if unable to upload docs then task to be sent back to broker to do so.
  • Application data to be updated on AFG – flex system.

Requirements
  • 2 Years previous experience in Broker Support / credit analyst role.
  • Experience in calculating PAYG & Self-employed (desirable) income.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Present well with a vibrant personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self motivated and the ability to use initiative.
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
