Job Description: Sales & Marketing Analytics 
Schedule: 9am to 6pm PST (1 hour unpaid break) M-F

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing company within the consumer debt relief industry. This role involves analyzing marketing and sales performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead generation, optimize revenue strategies, and refine overall business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts translate into sales success, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and results through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Sales Data Analysis: Analyze data from sales and marketing campaigns to generate insights that improve performance and guide strategy.
  • Report Creation and Management: Develop and maintain detailed reports on marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing departments to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Data-Driven Strategy Development: Support the development of strategies using data insights to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.
  • Revenue Growth Support: Analyze price elasticity and sales performance to identify opportunities for revenue improvement.
  • Commission Reporting: Oversee and manage sales commission calculations, reporting, and reconciliation.


Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in sales and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems, particularly Power BI.
  • Expertise in translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience with digital marketing metrics and a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across departments.
