Your missions

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative who can handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves answering phone calls, scheduling events, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in a VA or customer service role, speaks fluent English, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
  • Search for and schedule relevant events to attend Manage calendars and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Handle tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements 

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Service.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Should have experience in Microsoft Office.

Work Timings: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am

Work Days: Monday to Friday 

Location: Shahrah e Faisal (Can be remote)
