  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy, to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to regional sales efforts. Provide market feedback to these teams to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish ambitious sales targets for your region, monitor performance against these targets, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Report on Sales Performance: Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth within your region.
  • Proactively Drive Sales: In addition to your core responsibilities, maintain and grow your own portfolio of clients to support enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and broader business objectives.
