The Service LMS Administrator for Cytiva is responsible for keeping administration of the Global Service teams interactions with Cytiva Learning Management System and related learning technologies.

This position is part of the Global Service Training Design Team located in the United Kingdom and will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with IT and other business units to ensure operational effectiveness while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Build and test in a Pilot LMS environment, manage curricula creation, updates, as well as drive good strategy and practices for utilization of our LMS.
  • Validate, analyze, review, and respond to administrative support requests.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting support for users.
  • Assess program and reporting needs, creating ad-hoc reports when necessary.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science (or related) with +3 years of experience in Talent & Learning Technologies.
  • Strong skill level and background in technical issue resolution, delivering world-class customer service. and data analysis.
  • Cornerstone learning management system experience.
  • Proficient in LMS applications, functions, features, and best practices.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of technical products, preferably Life Sciences industry related.
  • Understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, node.js, web service development tools, and API concepts.
  • Experience with the integration of an LMS with 3rd party application such as Workday and service management applications.
