  • Automation and Optimisation: Develop automation and tools to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency and cost optimisation.

  • Multi-Cloud and Infrastructure Support: Provide expertise in areas related to cloud infrastructure and interdependent services and applications.

  • Security and Compliance: Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.

  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT teams, faculty, and staff to understand their needs and provide technical support.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Consider adoption of additional available services in O365 and Azure to mature the use of technology landscape particularly in relation to efficiency, monitoring, automation, and privacy and security.

  • Design and Implement Cloud Solutions: Deploy scalable and secure cloud solutions using O365 and Azure services.

  • Drive innovation: Evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies within the Microsoft O365 and Azure ecosystem.
