  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder discussions with key groups including Product, Engineering, Science, Marketing, Design, Operations and Finance to gain internal alignment on product roadmap development and ensure first-class execution;
  • Partner with product designers to draft customer journeys, collect and interpret user feedback, identify pain points, craft delightful experiences and design physical packaging;
  • Partner with engineers to translate your plan into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Partner with scientists to coordinate sample recruitment then ongoing testing and monitoring programs, translate scientific and statistical concepts into consumer-friendly results, and implement data feedback loops;
  • Work effectively with external partners to bring your science product to life – this could be using existing suppliers/vendors/service providers or require the introduction of new to Embark capabilities;
  • Inform the go to market strategy, create and deploy effective documentation to guide product positioning for internal stakeholders to support the go to market plan;
  • Iterate on existing and create new product development processes that lead to high-velocity, high-impact solutions to problems;
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to provide prioritized solutions to complex problems;
