What You’ll Do: We are seeking a dynamic Federal (Cleared Space) Tech Recruiter to join our mission-driven team. You will play a critical role in our full-lifecycle recruitment process, focusing mainly on sourcing cleared  IT talent. Your expertise in sourcing and recruiting of cleared professionals— will be pivotal in supporting our clients’ mission-critical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Cleared Recruitment: Manage the cleared recruitment process from sourcing to submitting, ensuring that candidates are a strong cultural and technical fit for our clients in the DoD, IC, and commercial sectors.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative cleared recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in IT, and occasionally Healthcare, leveraging online resources, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain cleared candidate pipelines, ensuring regular communication and relationship management throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Collaboration: Partner with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs, providing expert advice on the recruitment process, particularly in navigating the complexities of the cleared talent space.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize recruiting data to provide insightful updates on staffing progress and hiring results, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Culture Promotion: Contribute to a collaborative and mission-focused culture, working cross-functionally to ensure that all recruitment activities align with our core values and strategic objectives.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a full-life-cycle GOVCON Tech Recruiter.
  • 3+ years of experience with various levels of clearances: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (TS/SCI-FSP), Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Polygraph (TS/SCI-CIP), Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph (TS/SCI-P), Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI), Top Secret (TS), Secret (S), Confidential, and Public Trusts.
  • Understands recruiting within the cleared IT vertical of Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, IT, and Cyber Security professionals.
  • Ability to consistently source and engage with 100 cleared candidates daily through emails, texts, and cold calls, conduct 10-15 candidate screens weekly, and submit 3-5 cleared candidates to clients on a weekly basis.
  • Proven recruiting success in a fast-paced, competitive environment, particularly within the Cleared, DoD, IC, and Commercial sectors.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively network and identify high-quality cleared candidates, including those secret squirrels.
  • Experience with managing and effectively using an ATS system, we use JazzHR/ AgileATS.
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Ect).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing statistics and provide analytical updates to management.
  • Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • A strong understanding of the military community, either as a veteran, military spouse, or military advocate.
 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for Healthcare roles, with a focus on Nursing and the Allied Health verticals.
  • Agency recruiting experience, particularly in the IT and Healthcare verticals.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods.
  • A proactive, organized, and positive mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment.
  • Thrilled to seize unexpected client opportunities that drive organizational growth.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO regulations, standard HR practices and procedures strongly preferred


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Ranges from $18,000-$36,000, will discuss with those screened.
  • +++UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS.
  • OTE - Super Star performer - $126K-$174K.
  • OTE - High performer - $90K-$126K.
  • OTE - Mid performer - $60K-$90K.
  • OTE - Learning-the Ropes - $40K-$60K.
  • This position does not currently come with Health Benefits at this time, however we can discuss the possibility.

Work Setting & Physical Requirements:

  • Normal business hours Monday - Friday, EST
  • Position is remote
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and talking on a phone.
  • Routine video conferences where business casual attire is expected.
  • Must have reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
