We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Product & Design Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Product Manager based in Ireland who is comfortable working remotely as part of a global team. 

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for our Autonomous Sourcing and Sourcing Optimisation products which helps sourcing teams automate repetitive sourcing events whilst giving them increased governance and visibility into all spend. 

Responsibilities
  • Own and articulate the vision for your product area in partnership with your Engineering and Product Design partner.

  • Identify new opportunities for product feature development by analysing customer requirements, technology trends, and competitive gaps. Working closely with stakeholders to constantly be improving the sourcing experience for procurement teams. 

  • Breakdown complex problems, analyse business requests, and write clear product requirements in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership.

  • Clearly communicate goals, development priorities, and rationale to cross functional teams, building alignment with key stakeholders .

  • Partner with Customer Success & Professional Services team to understand customer problems, communicate upcoming roadmap items and develop solutions that meet their needs. 

  • Define and track key product KPIs and report on the success of product launches post go live.

Your profile
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in product management preferably in a B2B or B2B SaaS product.

  • You are self motivated and driven to achieve; you enjoy setting yourself goals and exceeding them.

  • You have a strong sense of ownership, you enjoy taking initiative and leading projects through to completion.

  • Previous experience building products for large enterprises is desirable.

  • Previous experience in the procurement industry is a strong plus, but not required. 

  • You are an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You have strong storytelling skills and the ability to create a compelling narrative that speaks to customer pain points.

  • You thrive in an environment of mutual respect, openness and collaboration. You enjoy getting things done at a quick pace.

  • You have experience working with Jira, Confluence, Figma.
