Marketing Analytics Support

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Marketing Analytics (Client Facing - Support Role)

• Full-time Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm AEST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila TIme) with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

• Promptly acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries across various channels
  
• Identify and resolve platform bugs/issues raised by customers
  
• Provide clear guidance on effectively utilizing the platform’s features
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex technical queries
  
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the platform’s evolving capabilities
  

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably social media, search advertising, or analytics
  
• Good written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
  
• Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  
• Potential for voice/video support in the future (but can also be non-voice if a great candidate in the other areas)
