Lead Full Stack Engineer

Ready to lead a team of Full Stack Engineers? We’re looking for a motivated individual to take charge, bringing your experience in Test Driven Development and server-side rendering to the table. You'll be working with a tech stack that includes Java, Javascript or Typescript on the front-end, along with Angular. Your role will focus on leading a team while also being hands-on with the code.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Drive projects using Test Driven Development.
• Work with Angular, Java, and (Javascript OR Typescript) to build and maintain robust applications.
• Implement server-side rendering to optimize performance.

What You Need:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead.
• Strong skills in Java and (JavaScript OR Typescript)
• Solid understanding of server-side rendering (you'll be asked about this in the interview).
• Ability to work US hours.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to complete technical assessments during the hiring process.

Nice to Have:

• Tailwind CSS knowledge.
• Experience with DevOps.
• Familiarity with Ruby.

Location: Remote - Mexico

Salary: $5,000 - $7,000 USD per month
