Job Summary:

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of team via work assignment and status monitoring. This is supervising the pipeline and flow of work, not the people.

Job Description:

Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other team leads/supervisors as directed by Manager of Software Development

Continuously monitors time spent and % complete escalating risks as they are identified to the Manager

Completing monthly audits on time tracking in partnership with Director of Operations

Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

Typically, does not spend more than 10% of time performing the work supervised

Solves problems based on practice and precedent partnering with other team lead for consistency/standardization

Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations
