State Business Manager- SA/NT

The Role

Our F25 strategic objectives are exciting and ambitious, as a result we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business manager to join the Bega Group! You will report into our National Business Manager and join a dedicated and high performing team of four State Business Managers.

You will be given the autonomy and support to lead the state to develop, execute and flex a state specific sales strategy to deliver growth for our thriving foodservice channel. A strong business acumen is key to success of this role, along with proficiency in analysing data and leveraging insights to create innovative customer centric sales strategies. To maximise your impact in the role, you will have the know how to manage multiple stakeholders, team members and deadlines to meet your team targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and targets through effective planning of customer network

  • Lead the State to deliver agreed contract volume, Net Revenue and profit targets

  • Build effective relationships and meet with key decision makers and customers on a regular basis.

  • Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations

  • Develop and coach the Business Development Executives to achieve required outcomes

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level (preferred)

  • Detailed knowledge, relationships and experience gained from working within Food Service channel

  • Demonstrated experience in key account management (ideally within Food Service)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles
