What we're looking for

Our client, a modern health & wellness product brand in the US, is seeking a top-notch Meta+TikTok Media Buyer who can take full ownership of the brand's advertising efforts across Meta Ads, TikTok Affiliates, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will be an expert in these areas, capable of independently managing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive exceptional results. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring the brand's success across multiple social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Affiliates, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage and optimize Meta and TikTok Shop ad campaigns to increase conversions and sales.
  • Develop affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok to engage influencers and creators, driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid management across both platforms.
  • Leverage TikTok Shop features to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices for both Meta and TikTok to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Monitor competitor activity within the US market, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation to maximize results across both platforms.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform guidelines and advertising policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital media buying, specifically focused on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, with proven success in the US market.
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop campaigns, including knowledge of best practices for optimizing ad performance.
  • Capable of running affiliate marketing campaigns on TikTok
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms’ features, algorithm changes, and emerging trends for both Meta and TikTok.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and delivering profitable campaigns; focused on DTC strategies.
  • Given the nature of the role and company, your CV must be in English and your English skills should be Advanced.
