Job description

The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in the execution, strategy creation, refinement, and alignment of our goal to empower businesses to optimize their marketing and lead flow strategies. 


Our team has high aspirations for the product roadmap ahead, and we need a customer-centric, strategic product manager who excels at talking to customers, executing in continuous delivery, and building a backlog of roadmap ideas.  


You’ll be working with our messaging product in order to raise the bar of complete lead intelligence offered by the CallRail platform, via both web and mobile applications, and a particular focus on bringing cutting edge AI solutions to market for messaging users who want to optimize the lead journey for their customers in the SMB and marketing agency spaces. 


To be a great fit for this role, you’ll bring experience with driving strategy, communicating across departments and management, and navigating options in the development process to ensure we deliver high-quality and on time. The successful candidate will thrive in the details of perfecting user stories while also mastering the domain and vision of our product set. We’re a team that likes to move quickly, so you’ll help define metrics for success, measure everything, and help make informed decisions. 
 
What You'll Do 
  • Constantly talk to customers, define and analyze data, and be diligent in discovering relevant evolutions in technology and the marketplace
  • Clearly define and articulate customer problems, gaps, and opportunities that will deliver the most value to the customers and the viability for the business
  • Be a great partner to engineers and designers in discovering the best solutions to those problems
  • Own your roadmap and its execution, including responsibilities like defining features, writing acceptance criteria and user stories, refining wireframes and prototypes, test plans, and release checklists.
  • Communicate functionality and release plans internally to the stakeholders across the company
  • Prioritize product development work for your squad and manage the backlog of features based on company priorities
  • Define and track measures of success for your domain and report regularly on findings, learnings, and next steps
  • Manage the daily workflow with a sprint team of engineers, QA, and designers. Do whatever your team needs to help them keep moving. 
  • Maintain constant communication with the product, engineering, CX, sales, and marketing teams. This position will function as the hub for their team's communication across the entire company.
  • Ensure we ship incredible features and improvements that meet the timing needs of the market.
 
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Prior MarTech or digital marketing agency 
  • Previous experience with AI/ML is a plus 
  • Previous experience in messaging communications is a plus
  • Familiarity with product management tools. Our team uses Atlassian.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and design tools. Our team uses Figma.
  • Familiarity with measurement and BI tools. Our team uses Looker, FullStory, and Pendo. 
  • Previous experience with B2B SaaS is a major plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving and changing environment as the team and our product grows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to clearly articulate and present product concepts, cast and clarify vision, and answer questions.
