Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement channel marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement through various communication channels (e-mail, push notifications, on-site banners). This role requires a strong understanding of channel dynamics and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement CRM, email and lifecycle marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals and company's objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Handle the end-to-end execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, from creating hypotheses, planning and segmentation to deployment and performance analysis. Utilize Iterable, Braze or similar tools to design, build, and optimize direct communication campaigns, automations, and customer journeys. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continually improve campaigns' performance, engagement rates and business metrics
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel marketing campaigns, leverage customer data and analytics to inform campaign strategies, segmentation, and personalization efforts, ensuring maximum engagement and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, support and other internal teams to ensure alignment between channel marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
 
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in direct channel marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies.

 

Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Email building and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering measurable results.
