We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to build and develop a Product team that delivers high-quality outcomes for our clients.
The Senior Director of Product Management at Coforma is responsible for setting the strategic direction for our product development efforts to meet the needs of our government clients. Our product team acts as guides and visionary thinkers who anticipate client needs and challenges. The product team works shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients to ensure outstanding product delivery with a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will lead the overarching product vision and strategy by coaching and mentoring your direct reports, rather than directly managing individual products.
You will foster collaboration with our engineering, design, research, project management, and growth teams to support our government partners (US Department of Veterans Affairs, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, US Department of Health and Human Services, and others) as we build products and services that impact millions of Americans. This role will enhance our product delivery capabilities and elevate the level of service we provide.
The ideal candidate will have experience in government contracting and a leadership style that fosters strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams, as well as agency partners. You are an expert practitioner able to document and present to others past, present, and future work in the form of product presentations, proposals, and other documentation.
If you’re looking to lead a team delivering products that help people live better lives, we’d love to talk to you.
