  • Monitor and resolve issues to claims, eligibility, facilitate post-implementation transitions

What You'll Do:

As an Implementation Manager your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Directly reporting to the Client Operations Manager/Director, you will serve as the liaison between client managers, executives, clients, and client representatives throughout the implementation cycle.
  • Lead the implementation process for new client's pharmacy benefit programs and ensuring client satisfaction through the project framework.
  • Lead projects supporting existing clients in complex changes to pharmacy benefit programs, including changes to any of the client vendor relationship.
  • Provide sales support in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Process, providing the business expertise on services and addressing client inquiries related to the implementation process.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the implementation process, service as the main point of contact and ensuring effective prompt communication of project status, risks, and mitigations through the implementation cycle.
  • Lead projects supporting existing clients in complex changes to pharmacy benefit programs, including changes to any of the client vendor relationship.
  • Effectively keep stakeholders aligned to clients’ requirements and setup throughout the implementation process via weekly progress reports.
  • Lead post implementation client and internal calls to monitor and resolve issues/ risks to claims, and eligibility.

  • Ensure a smooth transition from post implementation to the client account team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Perform other responsibilities and projects per the direction of leadership as needed.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the project management of an implementation for pharmacy benefit or 3+ Years of general pharmacy benefit management operations experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and advisors simultaneously in a high energetic/demanding environment.
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Salesforce CRM, JIRA Project Management, Project Office experience a plus.
