Your missions

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring the best possible performance and ROI for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

The Role:

  • Launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies for driving business results.
  • Independently optimize Meta & Google campaigns based on key data trends such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
  • Manage and optimize Google ad campaigns for Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Video.
  • Monitor and report on common challenges in Meta & Google ads, proactively communicating with clients on what is and isn't working.
  • Drive the testing of new ad copy and assets in response to new products or services.

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads, specifically Display & YouTube Ads.
  • Experience supporting paid media on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key paid media KPIs and metrics.
  • Expertise in building reports in Excel or Google Sheets to track paid media trends in real time and over time across campaigns.
  • Proven ability to monitor and optimize ad spend budgets, making data-driven adjustments.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
