Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist
Palo Alto, CA (onsite)
Potential to convert to perm

Provide operations functions in a legal office environment, including high-volume duplicating, shipping/receiving, mail handling, copier maintenance, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume copy machines, perform binding, finishing work, and copier maintenance.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and apply postage.
  • Perform file services, reception duties, and light maintenance.
  • Ensure copier areas are well-stocked and perform equipment repairs.
  • Maintain records, manage inventory, and coordinate service calls.
  • Handle sensitive documents with high quality and accuracy.
  • Support executive-level users and manage projects with tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of related work experience; 2 years in the legal industry preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with copiers, shipping/receiving procedures, and basic electronics.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with various office equipment and software is preferred.
