We are looking for a Digital Analyst, who will join our Data team. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our digital performance by managing analytics tools, tracking data, and providing actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve digital strategies, support campaigns, and help achieve business goals.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Tool Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to ensure accurate data collection and effective tracking solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to tracking.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze digital data to identify trends, user behaviour, and areas for improvement. Deliver insightful reports and dashboards that help inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Website & Product Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website performance and user experience. Use data-backed insights to recommend improvements for key metrics.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on KPIs like CTR, ROI, and conversion rates. Provide strategies to optimize campaign results.
  • Predictive Analytics & Benchmarking: Leverage predictive analytics to forecast customer behaviour and inform marketing strategies. Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Expert Support & Collaboration: Act as a go-to expert on Google Analytics and tracking. Provide advanced troubleshooting and training to internal teams, while collaborating with SEO, Performance Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure data consistency.


Requirements
  • Degree or relevant experience in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. 
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Experience with tag management systems (e.g, Google Tag Manager).
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and/or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Polish and English.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media metrics is a plus.
