Join our Human Capital & Technology Team

Our Human Capital & Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

Partner with the best

As a HRSS Subject Matter Expert, you'll work closely with Global HR Delivery centers team. You'll be the subject matter expert within the HR Shared Services (HRSS) organisation with an in-depth knowledge of MENATI HR services especially offboarding processes.

As a HRSS Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Managing cases/requests and focusing on more complex requests.

  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and team efficiency.

  • Providing excellent customer service support on HR related activities.  Ensure consistent and reliable service for customers.

  • Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.

  • Leading team as a delegate in the absence of the Team Lead.

  • Identifying team training needs & train team members on subjects not covered by day-to-day operations.

  • Updating process documentations and instil discipline within team to utilize the documents and adhere to changes.

  • Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems and ensure compliance.

  • Driving Baker Hughes high standards of ethics and compliance within the team

  • 2 years’ experience as HR Services Specialist within Baker Hughes or 3 years externally. 

  • Extensive knowledge of region HRSS processes. 

  • Experience in managing a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability in handling sensitive situations and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 

  • Thrives in ambiguous and multicultural environment. 

  • Experience in conducting training to team members,  

  • Creative problem-solving skills 

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday systems and other essential tool
