Job Title
Ultrasound Field Service Engineer (White Plains, NY)

Job Description

This position will support the Ultrasound business in the Norwalk, CT to White Plains, NY area to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain Ultrasound equipment at customer sites.

Your role:

  • Assist in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders/installations for our Ultrasound equipment.
  • Identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate Service and Sales Personnel
  • Defines problems: Collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. Has the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables

You're the right fit if:

  • Located in or near the Norwalk, CT to White Plains, NY area.
  • BSEE/BSEET preferred, or two-year formal education combined with appropriate high tech related experience
  • At least three years of experience demonstrating repair and troubleshooting skills with Ultrasound Equipment is preferred
  • Understand and apply electronic, mechanical and networking theory to install, diagnose and repair equipment including ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $27.33 - $46.85. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. The actual hourly pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. 

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
