Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Oversee and create internal lists and marketing databases using Google Sheets, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other platforms. Manage contacts and send surveys and newsletters.
  • Tech Support: Provide front-line tech support, including account creation, basic troubleshooting, email alias creation, password resets, and hardware tracking.
  • Airtable Support: Assist with basic data queries, filtering, and editing user interfaces in Airtable.
  • Contact Lists: Compile and maintain contact lists for sales outreach and other internal needs.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize platforms like HelloOutbound, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Zero Bounce effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Handle both Windows and Mac operating systems with ease and provide support for Google Workspace.

Requirements

  • Organized & Efficient: Thrive on crossing tasks off your list and managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Problem Solver: Foresee challenges and tackle them head-on with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable: Excel in a fast-paced environment and manage up and down effectively.
  • Experienced: At least 1 year in helpdesk tech support (hardware and software) and database management. Familiarity with large contact lists is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Experience with tools like HelloOutbound, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms is beneficial.
