Description

Join our innovative Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team as an Event Management Software Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital event management platforms and content management systems (CMS) to enhance our digital and in-person events. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement workflows and APIs for digital and in-person events, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic events teams to plan and execute events, providing both strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance event management and participant experiences.
  • Work alongside other channel leads (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform) to ensure that event registrations effectively lead to successful lead capture within CRM systems.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of experience working with event management platforms, including implementing workflows and APIs.
  • Hands-on development experience with programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
  • A strong background in quantitative analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of event management platforms like RainFocus, ON24, Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of event management software APIs, widgets, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., AEM) within the events ecosystem.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high capacity for problem-solving.
  • A passion for learning and implementing new technologies, with a comfort level in business analytics and data-driven reporting.
