Responsibilities

• Develop and Lead: Generate leads and originate mortgage loans through partnerships with branches, realtors, and builders.
• Engage with Clients: Interview mortgage loan applicants and take loan applications, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Collaborate: Coordinate with processors by sending applicant files and assisting with additional information as needed.
• Promote: Cross-sell our range of bank products and services to enhance customer relationships.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in mortgage lending or sales.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand and explain complex instructions and financial materials.
• Autonomy: Capability to work independently with sound judgment and a flexible approach.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred; MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.
