(Junior) Therapeutic Advisor Cardiometabolic Health

Description:

The (Junior) Therapeutic Advisor Cardiometabolic Health enhances the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering optimal and tailored pharmaceutical-based healthcare solutions with decision makers in Cardiometabolic Health. Target audiences for Diabetes care are internists, diabetes nurses, (hospital) pharmacists and 1st line General Practioners. The team consists of 8 Junior Therapeutic Advisors Cardiometabolic Health, all reporting to the Head of Sales Cardiometabolic Health and customer operations. The (Junior) Therapeutic Advisor Cardiometabolic Health works in close collaboration with the marketing, market access and the medical department.

Responsibilities:

  • Be "THE" Diabetes specialist in your region (fully understand the system between 1st en 2nd line diabetes care);
  • Discover & explore regional diabetes processes in close cooperation with the brand team;
  • Make good judgments on the different levels in the hospital and care group network and respond accordingly;
  • Discover/create unmet market needs and give input to internal organization to develop customized solutions;
  • Be accountable in organizing meetings, follow up activities en building long-term relationships with customers;
  • Develop, update and implement an account plan for your region: know functional & financial insights of the treatment path per stakeholder;
  • Close cross functional cooperation with internal team members such as Brand Team members;
  • Act independently, be self-assured, proudly represent Lilly, show ownership, good learning agility, be curious and creative in solving problems such as difficult access etc.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be a resident of the Netherlands in the North-West of the Netherlands (from Den Helder-Leiden and surroundings); or within 30 km from the region;
  • Be able to achieve long-term relationships;
  • Be a creative contributor;
  • Be a well of good ideas and new strategic innovations;
  • Have the irrepressible optimism of an entrepreneur;
  • Maintain a positive attitude in times of diversity through sheer tenacity;
  • Has skills to work in a hybrid environment, so can make fluent interactions as well face to face as virtual
  • Not thinking in IF it is possible but in HOW it is possible;
  • Be an excellent team builder;
  • Bring the process of problem-solving to a close. Get it done.
  • Have a high internal drive;
  • See the way things are and discerning what to do about it;
  • Invest personal energy to make a positive difference;
  • Speak and write fluently in Dutch and English;
  • A driver’s license B.

Preferences:

  • Sales experience of more than 1 year, not necessarily in pharma;
  • Affinity with the therapeutic area of diabetes.
