Your missions

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Vendor Relations contributes to the effective assessment, sustainability, and growth of our vendors utilized within Academic Operations. The incumbent will assist in the collection and maintenance of required for the data surrounding all components of Vendor Relations. The Supervisor, Vendor Relations will maintain the consistent correspondence with leadership within Academic Operations to ensure the fulfilment of the College’s mission.

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the stream of daily activities and delegates equal responsibility across coordinators and function.
  • Collaborates with Specialists I, II, and III to determine data discrepancies in reference to the KPIs for each of these roles.
  • Resolves escalated learner concerns within each role as described with Vendor Relations.
  • Records document activities with audit reviews to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Provide daily and additional supportive reports to coordinators. 
  • Collaborates in hiring activities including candidate selection and participation in panel interviews.
  • Supports collaborators in all aspect of training and development including performance, behaviors, competencies, and alignment.
  • Participates and facilitates in weekly Academic Operations’ meetings including 1:1s, coaching meetings, and team meetings.
  • Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited institution or relevant profession experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer service to multiple stakeholders is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analysis is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional, written communication is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint is strongly preferred.

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
