Description

We are seeking a Remote Bilingual (Slovak - English) Email & Chat Support specialist to join our team at Strikingly. Our mission is to empower individuals to express their uniqueness through our modern, mobile-optimized website builder. With headquarters in Shanghai, China, and strong ties to Silicon Valley, we are backed by notable investors including Y Combinator and Index Ventures.

In this role, you will spread happiness and create WOW moments for our customers by:

  • Emanating our brand and personality in every customer interaction by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers across all channels (email, chat, social media).
  • Translating our product and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Developing expertise on our product and internal software to assist customers efficiently.
  • Maintaining happiness and positivity in every customer and team interaction.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Professional level Slovak and English communication skills.
  • A strong passion for helping people with varying learning curves.
  • A deep love for learning new things, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • A working desktop/computer with at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher; and at least a 20 Mbps internet connection.
