Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sr. Product Designer to join their team. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our client's Product Design System (Cobalt), which is undergoing a rebranding initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Design System team and the brand team
  • Update and refactor existing Figma components to align with new standards and foundations
  • Develop reusable UI elements such as buttons and forms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Review and test new components to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within the team


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • 2+ years of design system experience
  • 3+ years of Figma experience, with a focus on developing and managing design systems
  • Experience with Token Studio
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience applying Accessibility best practices (WCAG)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and other library features
  • Renowned attention to detail and impeccable design skills
  • Proven experience in building, maintaining, and innovating for a global, multi-channel design system


This role is a 2-month contract with the possibility of extension. Upon offer, candidates must complete a background and drug screen. Join our client's team and contribute to the future vision of their brand implementation.
