Travel Experience Specialist

Your ability to build lasting relationships with clients, combined with excellent listening and communication skills, will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and arrange transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, and accommodations.
• Provide travelers with essential information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.).
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and handle payment and fees.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sales skills and a keen commercial awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
