What you will do

  • Plan and execute Addi’s digital strategy by considering the entire digital ecosystem (Social media, Paid media, digital assests - website, app) for both B2C and B2B.

  • Define distinct roles and objectives for each channel, and deliver campaigns, content, messages, and CTAs that align with these goals.

  • Make the digital ecosystem a lever for the business growth, while positioning the brand in a consistent way across channels.

  • Ensure the consistency and positioning of the brand through all digital channels

  • Define the digital ecosystem strategy, setting rols, objective and specific KPIs for each ones that drives:

    • Social Media community organic growth in at least 5% MoM

    • Social Media engagement rate above 15%

    • Increase paid media CTR above 3%

  • Create strategies for commercial activation (PAC) promoting our allies as lever of business growth from organic and paid media

  • Lead the team to create high impact on GMV and Revenue by optimizing all the digital channels working closely with the growth department

  • Lead the strategy for bringing new prospects to the MarketPlace, plus, engaging the EC base

  • Optimize the journey to increase the conversion rate

  • Lead the optimization of the CAC metric by finding the right segment to attract and get their pre approval with us

Requirements

Must have:

  • +2 years leading digital teams

  • +5 years working as digital strategist

  • Experience working with digital paid media: planning, implementing and optimizing it (SM, Google search, programmatic, display, youtube)

  • Experience working with social media (Meta, X, Tiktok, Linkedin, youtube): planning, executing and tracking with focus on content strategy.

  • SEO strategy knowledge

  • Data and results driven person who can forecast and set KPIs to every action

  • Excel

  • Experience on startups

  • English B1
